What this website collects, and what we do with your details if you contact us.

Who we are

This website is run by AI Technology Futures Ltd (“ATF”), registered in England and Wales, company number 15710953. Registered office: 8 Leinster Square, London, W2 4PL. For anything in this notice, contact hello@aitechfutures.com.

What this website collects

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Its only form is the monitoring fit check, described below. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so your browser is not sent to third-party services to load a page.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record standard technical logs, such as IP address, time of request, page requested and browser type. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes these logs on our behalf to keep the site secure and running.

If you use the fit check

The fit check asks about your organisation, its equipment and how it is maintained. When you finish, your answers are sent to us whether or not you give contact details. We use them to understand what organisations like yours need and to improve our services, which is in our legitimate interest. If you don’t give contact details, we do not try to identify you.

If you add your name, email address, company, role and, optionally, phone number and a message, we use them together with your answers to respond to you and discuss whether ATF is a good fit. We do this because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to people who ask us to. If you tick the box to receive updates, we will also send you occasional emails; we do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.

Fit check submissions are collected and stored for us by our hosting provider, Netlify, which also records the IP address and browser details of each submission to prevent spam. Netlify may process this information outside the UK, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law. We delete submissions that don’t lead to further contact after 24 months.

If you contact us

The buttons on this site open an email to us. If you write, we use your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We do this because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to people who contact us.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business dealings. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with the service providers that deliver our email and IT systems.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. To do so, email hello@aitechfutures.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
